Ben and Johanna's Wedding - ViennaI traveled to Mödling, a suburb of Vienna, Austria, to be in the wedding of a good friend of mine from college. His (now) wife is from the city, and they met at a Lutheran church in Illinois while Ben and I were both grad students. I didn't get a lot of pictures from the wedding, since I was busy doing wedding stuff, but I have lots of other great pictures from the trip. |

FridayFriday's a stray cat we just adopted after trying to find her previous owners. Karen named her "Friday" because that's when she showed up the first time. We also call her "Babs" because she's got Barbra Streisand's nose. |

White Coat CeremonyKaren got her white coat from VCOM, signifying her new career as a doctor. Of course, she still has a ways to go, but it was a big first step. (She was also deathly ill that day, and I took her to her doctor immediately after the ceremony!) |
